Scam Alert! Protect Your Secure Access Code to Digital Banking

Do NOT let scammers trick you into sharing your secure access code to your digital banking account. If you receive a telephone call or text from someone claiming to be from Heritage Bank asking for your digital banking secure access code, ignore the request. Even if the phone number appears to be a Heritage Bank line, do NOT give the caller your secure access code.

Heritage Bank will never request your secure access code to your digital banking account. We will not request personal, sensitive information like a social security number, bank account numbers, birth dates or login information.

Scammers can be clever and persuasive. If you believe you've disclosed personal information that could put your bank accounts at risk, please contact Heritage Bank immediately.
